Seeking a Full-Time, Salaried Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
to Join our Collaborative, Compassionate, Positive Approach Team

Must have PA Behavior Specialist License 

Behavior Consultant Salary Range $60,000 - $70,000 per year for 90-100 billable hrs/mo

Behavior Analyst Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000 per year for 90-100 billable hrs/mo

Both positions include the opportunity to earn quarterly bonus for consistent billable hours above 100/mo.

  • Be a part of a Clinical Team that values and strives to provide High Quality ABA Services through using data-driven intervention, clinical collaboration, and lots of team support.
  • Receive company provided ABA Fieldwork Supervision towards qualifying for your BCBA exam; support from colleagues and supervisors in preparation for your exam.
  • Monday - Friday workdays with services delivered between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
  • Be a Fully Salaried clinician with a caseload requirement of 90-100 billable hours per month with opportunities to earn more by consistently providing services beyond 100 hrs/mo if so desired (not required).
  • Geographically coordinated caseloads to limit travel time and increase time for clinical activities such as documentation, time to collaborate with other BC-ABAs & BCBAs, supervision & mentorship of BHT-ABAs, and to thoughtfully plan out the services you provide your clients

Contingencies

  • Behavior Consultant - Must have current PA Behavior Specialist License  in good standing.
  • Behavior Analyst - Must have both current PA Behavior Specialist License and BCBA in good standing.
  • Must have/obtain current ‘clean’ background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations.
  • Billable Client Services minimum requirement 90-100 hrs/month.
  • Must be available to serve clients in multiple locations within Lancaster County.
  • Must be available to consistently provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Compensation In Addition to Salary Range Stated Above

  • Paid Time Off- accrual based (15 days PTO and increased to 20 days PTO at 1 year)
  • Mileage Reimbursement at current company rate per mile  (between non-virtual clients)
  • 10 paid holidays annually (9 company holidays and 1 floating holiday)
  • Performance Evaluation Bonuses and Raises
  • Intermittent Retention Bonuses
