Behavioral Health Technician (BHT-ABA 1 & 2)
Seeking compassionate, one on one support team members for our clients who receive IBHS in local, Lancaster County preschools & elementary schools. 

Immediate openings for a full caseload in the School District of Lancaster 8:45am to 2:30pm.

Details

  • 25 - 35 hours per week of billable time
  • $18 - $20 per hour BHT-ABA 1, entry level position, rate depends on experience & training
  • $20-$22 per hour, BHT-ABA 2, experienced position, RBT required, rate depends on experience & training
  • Monday - Friday
  • Hours typically between 8:00am - 3:45pm
  • More hours available to those that want it
  • Simple IRA offered to all employees

Primary Responsibility
  • Provide Direct ABA Intervention to Clients 8yrs old & younger
    in preschools, daycares, & elementary schools under the on-going, weekly training, direction, and supervision of a Behavior Analyst (BA) or Behavior Consultant – ABA (BC-ABA).
  • The BHT-ABA role directly supports the development of communication skills, verbal behaviors, and life skills according to the goals set up by caretakers and the interests & abilities of the client. You get to make direct change in the lives of kids and families in your community.
  • Under our PA State License, the position is called, "Behavioral Health Technician" or "BHT-ABA".  Our company is a hands-off, non-restraint company. Client behaviors we focus on include redirecting clients to their teachers/assignments/activities & then helping them learn to stay on task, helping them develop self-regulation skills, and helping them develop communication & social skills. 
  • We will provide all necessary training, and you will be paid for your training!

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalence
  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to reliably travel to assigned clients across urban, suburban, & rural settings
  • One (1) year experience working with children
  • Provide clear background clearances as required by the PA Dept. of Human Services
