Seeking a Full-Time, Salaried Behavior Analyst
to Join our Collaborative, Compassionate, Positive Approach Team

Must have both your BCBA and PA Behavior Specialist License 

Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000 with the opportunity to earn more with consistent additional billable hours per month beyond position minimum - salary offer made by the company based on training, experience, and demonstrated skills during the interview process.

  • Serve clients within our Lancaster Center, in preschools/daycares, homes/community, and local elementary schools.
  • Be a part of a Clinical Team that values and strives to provide High Quality ABA Services through using data-driven intervention, clinical collaboration, and lots of team support.
  • Receive company provided ABA Fieldwork Supervision towards qualifying for your BCBA exam; support from colleagues and supervisors in preparation for your exam.
  • Monday - Friday workdays with services delivered between the hours of 8am - 5pm.
  • Be a Fully Salaried clinician with a caseload requirement of 90-100 billable hours per month with opportunities to earn more by consistently providing services beyond 100 hrs/mo if so desired (not required).
  • Geographically coordinated caseloads to limit travel time and increase time for clinical activities such as documentation, time to collaborate with other BC-ABAs & BCBAs, supervision & mentorship of BHT-ABAs, and to thoughtfully plan out the services you provide your clients

Contingencies

  • Must hold both a PA Behavior Specialist License and your BCBA in good standing
  • Must have/obtain current ‘clean’ background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations
  • Billable Client Services minimum requirement 90-100 hrs/month
  • Must be available to serve clients in multiple locations within Lancaster County
  • Must be available to consistently provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Compensation

  • Annual Salary $70,000-$80,000 depending on training and experience; quarterly bonus for billable hrs consistently provided above 100 per month
  • Paid Time Off- accrual based (15 days PTO and increased to 20 days PTO at 1 year)
  • Mileage Reimbursement at IRS per mile rate (between non-virtual clients)
  • 10 paid holidays annually (9 company holidays and 1 floating holiday)

Behavior Analyst Position Requirements:
  • Both PA Behavior Specialist License and BCBA current and in good standing
  • 2 years+ experience working in the field of ABA with children who have Developmental/Intellectual/Communication Disorders including Autism
  • Specific training in and experience in implementing ABA principles for children (currently the majority of our clients are aged 18 months to 8 years)
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients and be willing to work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and center
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • The ability to provide at least 3 positive professional references with at least 1 having been a direct supervisor
