$20-$25 per hour - depending on demonstrated training & experience
10 Paid Holidays per Year from First Day of Employment

  • Must be available to work in-person at the company's Lancaster Offices 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.

Essential Function: Assist the CEO in Staffing Open Positions
It is the Essential Function of FT Human Resources Assistant to complete daily, weekly, and monthly assigned tasks that help the CEO ensure that the company hires and retains the number of direct intervention staff and other team members needed to provide the clinical services that have been promised to client families.

Responsibilities:
~Screens applicants for direct intervention and other positions as directed.
~Assists CEO and other Mangement Team Members in scheduling in person Interviews with desired candidates.
~Follows up with candidates who have been offered a position by the CEO, Clinical Director, or Program Manager, ensuring that written offers, job descriptions, and employment requirements are communicated and the paperwork submissions from those who accept offered positions are accurate, timely, and complete.
~Enrolls new hires in company software and prepares materials for their Onboard Training / First Day of Work.
~Provides Onboard Training new to new hires as directed by CEO.
~Follows all current Operations Plans including policies, procedures, and documentation contained within the SESD Operations Manual which related to their employment and their specific role with SESD.
~Assists CEO, Clinical Director, and Program Manager in the management of company HR Files including tracking expirations and recertification dates of position requirements across multiple roles in the company.
~Assists CEO, Clinical Director, and Program Manager in the process of employees when they are exiting the company in terms of paperwork, shutting down their company software access etc.
~Assists CEO in other HR Administrative Tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required
+At least one year's experience working as an HR Assistant, Hiring Assistant, Recruiting Assistant or working as a general Administrative Assistant whose responsibilities included some HR related tasks.  Will consider recent college grad with less experience who is working to obtain additional experience in HR Administration.
+Moderate Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Products including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams, and Outlook
+Easily learns new software to use at a front-line adminstrative level
+Provides at least 3 professional references, including one from a former/current direct supervisor 
+18 yrs old or older
+High School Diploma
+Proof of Eligibility to work in the U.S.
+Can provide 'clean and clear' state required background checks done within a year of start date if hired to include PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Criminal Check (aka 'PATCH'), and FBI Fingerprinting done through the PA Department of Human Services
+Is able to pass other state required company-run background checks related 

Physical Requirements of the Position
-Must be able to hear applicants and co-workers, vocally communicate, see paper and electronic documents, use a keyboard, and move easily from location to location around the offices.
-Must be able to get down on the floor and back up to sitting/standing easily in order to conduct administrative and training tasks.
-Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for up to 8 hours a day.
-Must be able to carry, set up, and use laptops, electronic tablet devices, and other IT equipment.
-Must be able to carr up to 20 pounds of equipment/materials at a time.
