Locally & BCBA-owned & Operated IBHS-ABA Provider seeking an
Experienced Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst to Lead & Further Develop their
School Age Services with an initial focus on Elementary School Aged Clients. 

PA Behavior Specialist License Required

Salary Range $70,000 - $85,000 salary offered will be determined based on credentials held, training, experience, and demonstrated skills during interview.

  • Fully Salaried Position  
  • Provide BC-ABA or BA Services to School-Age client caseload with a caseload requirement of 90-110 billable hours per month
  • Train & Supervise a School-Age specific team of BHT-ABAs
  • Run/Supervise ACT-AIM services in school and center-based settings
  • Assist CEO in Development of School Aged Services to better meet the needs of our local school districts and Lancaster Community
  • Monthly billable hour requirements to be reduced over time as additional School Age Services and corresponding responsibilities increase
  • Position and Compensation Increases over time congruent with School Age Lead's ability to assist with growth of School Age Services

Contingencies
  • Must hold a PA Behavior Specialist License in good standing
  • Must have at least one year's professional experience providing Behavior Consultant - ABA or Behavior Analyst services in school age settings
  • Must have/obtain current ‘clean’ background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations such as the PDE background clearances that may be required by specific districts
  • Must be available to serve clients face to face in person / to reliablly travel to clients across in multiple locations within Lancaster County
  • Must be available to consistently provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm; this is a Full-Time, Salaried position

Compensation

  • Annual Salary $70,000 - $85,000 offered by company depending on professional credentials held, experience, training, and specific skills demonstrated during the interview process.
  • Paid Time Off- accrual based (15 days PTO 1st year and increased to 20 days PTO 2nd yr)
  • Mileage Reimbursement at IRS per mile rate (between non-virtual clients)
  • 10 paid holidays annually (9 company holidays and 1 floating holiday)
