Seeking a Full-Time, Salaried Behavior Consultant/ Specialist (LBS) to Join our collaborative Clinical Team

Salary Range $60,000 - $70,000, salary offer will be determined based on training, experience, and demonstrated skills during interview.

  • Receive company provided ABA Fieldwork Supervision towards qualifying for your BCBA exam; support from colleagues and supervisors in preparation for your exam.
  • Be part of a company that values Work - Life Balance and limits service provision to Monday - Friday between the Hours of 8am and 5pm.
  • Be a Fully Salaried clinician with a caseload requirement of 90-100 billable hours per month; geographically coordinated caseloads to limit travel time and increase time for clinical activities, time for non-billable activities, time to collaborate, research, and thoughtfully plan out the services you provide your clients.

Contingencies

  • Must hold a PA Behavior Specialist License in good standing
  • Must have/obtain current ‘clean’ background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations
  • Billable Client Services minimum requirement 90-110 hrs/month
  • Must be available to serve clients in multiple locations within Lancaster County
  • Must be available to provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

Compensation

  • Annual Salary $60,000-$70,000 depending on training and experience
  • Paid Time Off- accrual based (15 days PTO and increased to 20 days PTO at 1 year)
  • Mileage Reimbursement at IRS per mile rate (between non-virtual clients)

Behavior Consultant / Specialist (LBS) Qualifications:
  • PA Behavior Specialist License- current and in good standing
  • 2 years+ experience working in the field of ABA with children who have Developmental/Intellectual/Communication Disorders including Autism
  • Specific training in and experience in implementing ABA principles for children (currently the majority of our clients are aged 18 months to 8 years)
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients and be willing to work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and center
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • The ability to provide at least 3 positive professional references with at least 1 having been a direct supervisor
  • Has and will maintain current and clear PA DHS and PDE required clearances for working with children in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Has and will maintain Mandated Reporter Certificate
  • Has and will maintain Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Clear TB Test within company-required timeframe
